Verb:CUT

CUT is used for certain crafting tasks including fletching and fishing.

The syntax is "CUT <item> WITH <tool>", where the appropriate tool is typically a dagger or an axe depending on the task.

Rogues can also use it as a roleplaying verb:

CUT {person} - Rogue glances at {person} and slowly draws her finger across her throat meaningfully.
CUT {self} - Rogue slowly draws her finger across her throat meaningfully.
