Elspie

Elspie is a human from Selanthia and former Imperial Drake who retired to Mist Harbor during Those Aren't Tears in late 2018. Her husband Brannogh designed their retirement home at Sunset Cay, but was later assassinated in November 2018. She was then kidnapped and held captive, presumably by Nazhor. Adventurers rescued her, with the help of Town Administrator Ilsola, in mid-December 2018. It was revealed through the storyline that Elspie is a powerful water mage.

She appears to be a Human from Selanthia.
She is tall and has delicate features.  She appears to be very young.  She has keen emerald green eyes and tanned skin.  She has shoulder length, carelessly-styled amber hair that falls in loose curls around her face.  She has a narrow face, an angular nose and a narrow scar running vertically across her left eye socket.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a variegated aquamarine and emerald mantle, a bright blue tunic, some white leather gloves with deep blue stitching, a bright green braided leather belt, some deep blue leather breeches, and some white leather boots with deep blue stitching.
