FLUSTER is a roleplaying verb.

Usage

Fluster:
>fluster
You blush and babble a few incoherent words, looking foolish but sincere

XXX blushes and babbles a few incoherent words, looking sincerely flustered.

Fluster person: 

>fluster xxx
You glance bashfully at XXX, blush, and mumble a few words.

XXX glances at you bashfully, blushes, and mumbles a few words, plainly embarrassed.
