Gornar is an earth-aligned metal, very similar in properties to rhimar, zorchar, and drakar in every property aside from its elemental alignment. Gornar is a relatively recent discovery in Elanthia due to its rock-like color and consistency.
Gornar has a tendency to vibrate uncontrollably. Due to this unusual property, weapons constructed from gornar may flare causing additional impact critical damage to a struck opponent. However, this same property may also be troublesome for a weaponsmith attempting to forge the metal, as it can very easily shake loose from the grip of a pair of forging tongs.
