On January 1st, 2021, staff made a significant update to treasure gain, specifically in reference to farming. They implemented with soft and hard caps to the amount of treasure an account can earn in a given month, with a focus on the top 5% of income earners. The soft cap begins at 16 million in treasure generated and progresses slowly to the hard cap at 35 million in a month. Impacts can be gradually felt while generating new silver/treasure when hunting, whereby individual return slowly decreases past the soft cap until the hard cap is achieved. If an account has hit the hard cap, they are ineligible for the Legendary Feeder.
