The Dark Elf

Lunaryna Talviel, Dark Elf and Ranger, spends most her time travelling between Kraken's Fall and Kharam Dzu on her sloop The Lustrous Alabaster Zenith or haunting Twilight Hall's Historical Library. A dedicated Toxicologist with a focus on botanical and living toxin producers, "Elle" prefers her books, plants, and creatures that reside with her; the centuries of research a large part of her life. She can most commonly be found at the main Twilight Hall manor, her office door always open to members and fellow researchers alike. When the mood strikes her, she is apt to hold lectures to share the knowledge of the use and cures for natural poisons or toxins.

She finds her passions in the pursuit of specimens for her research - insects a heavy focus, creating custom jewelry pieces, stationary, knitting, folding paper, dermals and piercings, and assisting with designing various services.

Crest

  A large ivory jackal skull cracked down the forehead is set against a background of deep viriscent black, a twisting halo of pure white thorned vines framing the skull.

Appearance

You see Mistress Lunaryna Talviel the Toxicologist of the Mute Peaks.
She appears to be an Evashiran Dark Elf.
She is of a slight height and has a trim build.  She appears to be in the flower of life.  She has pearl-haloed nebulous alabaster eyes and pallid grey skin.  She has hip-length, silky frost white hair drawn back into twin, exposed-weave warbraids threaded with starsilk hairties.  She has a delicately structured, aristocratic face and classically elegant, chiseled high cheekbones.  She has a swathe of thick, silver scars climbing up her throat from her collarbone to spread up over her jaw.  A stellate of pearlescent white moonstone is positioned between her eyes, which casts a sparkling star white sheen across her face.
Her left cheek is pierced with a crescent-cut black nightstone.
She has a nacre-inset demilune hoop in the middle of her nose. Celestial rings of gilt-colored mist rotate slowly across her body, the bands intersecting with a quartet of lunar spheres that pulsate in time with her ora armillary sphere.
Mystical energies wash over her, surrounding her in an elemental shroud of swirling ethereal lights.
She is in good shape.

She is wearing a pellucid obsidian sphere pendant containing a tiny orrery, a heavy buffed ebon vesperti hide coat mantled with thick ivory griffin ruff, a fitted soft ivory silk blouse bound with a gilt-marbled pearl scale corset, a pair of soft kidskin gloves, a pair of low-slung ivory suede leggings, a pair of thin black ora thigh-bands, and a pair of ebon leather boots with thigh-high cuffs.
A mist-shrouded carpet of ghostly white flora sprouts across Lunaryna's feet, the tendrils of hazy fog ascending across her pallid grey skin.

Ink

Precise brushstrokes create a moon phase design trailing from the nape of her neck to just above her tailbone. The various inks imitate delicate lunar shadows, ranging in hues from deep night black to an icy grey just shy of her skin tone. Silhouetted against the full moon on the middle of her spine, a stygian witch moth is featured with its ruffled abyssal black wings in flight. Its counterpart, an argent-haloed lunar moth, perches upon the crescent hugging her hairline.

Inked in a wash of watercolor greyscale, a wyrm embraces her left shoulder, the rapacious sweep of its commanding stature gazing balefully outward from within its perch. The beast's fiery eyes burn in an aposematic glare with its powerful body of sculpted muscle and lethal talons on full display within a bloody miasma reflected on its sleek scales. In contrast to the feral and ravening demeanor depicted, its lengthy tail wraps almost delicately down her upper arm to terminate below her elbow.

Dusky ink tones have been used to create a wide tableau of moonflowers in various states of bloom across the upper chest. In the center of the image is an inverted crescent, its hornlike tips stretching towards the neckline. Gradient stippling has been carefully applied throughout, giving the image an impressive amount of depth and realism.

Faint outlining and colorful shading lends a realistic look to the abyran'sa, its lengthy tail wrapping several times from her knee to mid-thigh, its arms spread wide as if holding on to her. The demon's upper body is set on the outside of her leg, its pale olivine flesh smoothly blending into the melange of vert and piceous scales of its tail. Its large, round, glossy ebon eyes stare outward from its ophidian face, the long, forked tongue flicked out between two curved fangs that hold a faint sheen.

Inked in shades of azure and ebon, the quill is haloed in a medley of argent hues that seem to almost blend into her skin as it fades upward, a sense of movement given with the design. The feather itself spirals from her ankle and along her calf, leaving the sharply angled nib to seemingly pierce through the skin as if holding on. Wisps of moonlight hues splash up the central vein of the feather itself like a spill of ink, continuing up to her thigh like flurries of mist.

Animal Companions

Pahana

He has a twisting dark bone collar set with wicked obsidian spikes.
Sleek, pale white fur binds the lean canine from the sharp ears to the end of his tail, a faint pink undertone the only color in his pelt. Gleaming pink eyes above a scarred, pointed snout constantly move, watching the surrounds sharply with an intelligent, yet feral, gaze; his ears swiveling along with his shifting attention to catch any sound. He stands three feet at the withers and has a thick ruff along his shoulders. The thin ridge along his spine is constantly prickled up in wariness.

Kiyoshi

A moonshade black shidaran teadragon is a teadragon of the shidaran variety. This chameleon-like creature has dark, piceous vestigial wings, and his matte ebon tail looks prehensile. With a glistening moonshade black hide, the teadragon appears healthy (and the smoky onyx glint in his eyes seems downright mischievous). His hide has tone-on-tone striated accents visible against the primary shades. A moonshade black shidaran teadragon stretches under your gaze, flexing a tiny, clawed foot and flicking his tongue lazily.

Sihu
a violet-eyed pastel ghostwood mandrake sprouting tiny auroral starflowers
Perched upon a spindled body of woven hemlock roots, the mandrake's head is bulbous and resembles a carved and dried gourd. Permanently frozen in a grin, her mouth deepens the plentiful wrinkles in her face, and her violet eyes are nearly lost behind wispy white hair that almost looks like corn silk. Blue bracket fungus dimples her limbs, which are gangly and awkward.

'a fluffy nival fox sheened in silver fur'
Small in stature and delicately boned, the fox has keen eyes that are wide windows into his mischievous nature. Glistening slightly, his nose frequently twitches as he lifts his face to investigate and identify all scents, and when his mouth drops open, he displays the sharpened teeth that are a reminder that he is a predator. He has lustrous nival fur that appears well-groomed and incredibly soft.
