After two years of removing debris, rebuilding, and renovating, Mist Harbor is proud to announce the re-opening of the Eastern Harbor and will be celebrating this momentous occasion with a full-blown Street Festival! Fun for all ages, races, and creeds, the street festival highlights the fun, carefree life of the island.
Scheduled to take place over a two-week period, from the 15th of Phoenatos through the 30th [August 15th to 30th], the festival is both a free event for those able to access Isle of Four Winds [Premium subscribers] and an opportunity to discover new things on the island.
During the street faire, merchants will be bringing forth new and old merchandise for everyone to discover, rediscover, or simply enjoy as they mingle with the crowds. Ample raffles will provide new opportunities for visiting guests to obtain some fun, exciting items and games will be offered throughout the two weeks for everyone to enjoy!
The chairman of the festival, Lady Ilsola, will roam the streets and be available for conversations during the festival.

| Weapon Pockets Vemeon will be adding pockets to weapons that qualify for the winners. The following weapon types will accept a pocket: longsword, falchion, short sword, bastard sword, broadsword, katana, claidhmore, rapier, scimitar, and two handed sword. Weapons that already have zests are not eligible. Winner must be present at the time of drawing. |

| Spyglasses The proprietress of Elanthian Starlight will be raffling several spyglasses over the course of the festival. The winners of the raffles will be able to customize their own spyglass/telescope's appearance, and it will be graced with some fun zests! Winners should be present at the time of drawing. |

| Professional Raffle: Cleric a gold firefly saewehna stickpin: Streaked with ebon, grey, and niveous, the cabochon of firefly saewehna is predominantly warm gold in hue. The ever-changing kaleidoscopic surface of the jewel throbs and swirls like a slowly rotating tempest, and veins of bronze highlight the intensity of each individual color. A delicate cage of alum gentle cradles the jewel and provides it with a sturdy backing fitted with a slender pin. |

| Lockpick Sets Vemeon will be raffling off five lockpick harnesses with lockpicks inside. Winners should be present at the time of drawing to receive their prize. The first set is a claw-stitched crimson silk sash with a jet black veniom lockpick carved in the shape of a claw, a crimson laje lockpick capped with an obsidian sphere, and a ghostly-white vaalin lockpick traced with swirls of blood-red nestled inside. |

Bards working for the Merchant Council of Mist Harbor have stated that the pieces speak of a bond between an elf and a halfling during the time of the Great Undead Wars. |
