He appears to be an Illistim Elf.
He is average height and appears to be in the prime of life.  He has amber eyes and alabaster skin.  He has chin-length, rich auburn hair pulled back tight into an extremely tidy ponytail.  He has an a pair of well-trimmed eyebrows framing his rather long face.
He is in good shape.
He is holding a sterling silver tea spoon in his right hand.
He is wearing a frilly white cravat pinned with a silver seal, a gleaming silver-backed diamond and sapphire peacock pin, a crushed dark teal velvet coat edged in elaborate silver embroidery, a pair of pristine white silk gloves, some closely-cropped fine silken breeches, and a pair of low-heeled grey velvet shoes.
