EXPEL is a mechanical verb. It is used by officers in the Co-operative Houses of Elanthia system and requires a target to properly work.

CHE officers with Chairman powers may use this command to expel members from their House.

Usage:
EXPEL {player}
You may use this command to expel members from your House. Another officer of your House must be present to witness. The target does not need to be in the same room.
