A winged creature charm is a lightly-scripted charm crafted of a gemstone and alum wire. AnalyzeYou analyze your elf-owl charm and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun." The creator has also provided the following information: You get a strong sense that the charm can be altered by any merchant, but that there are many restrictions on what can be done. The gemstone can be changed, and the type of small winged creature can be changed. Any changes, however, need to fit within a "<a/an gemstone>,<small winged creature>,charm" format. A long description can be added so long as it doesn't contradict the showy description (which cannot be changed). Currently you are able to use TAP, RUB, TURN, RAISE, EXHALE, and STOMP on the elf-owl charm. Be careful of stomping on it, though, since that can break delicate jewelry like this! You get no sense of whether or not the charm may be further lightened. Usage
