Cindek's Spirits is a food shop in Zul Logoth. It is located in Zhindel's Post after the eastern set of mine carts.

[Cindek's Spirits] RNUM: 9661
The walls, floor and atmosphere are all rough inside this tavern, but the place is well lighted and the dwarf behind the bar doesn't look like he'd take much guff. A long table extends down the middle of the public area, and a multitude of benches surround the table to give patrons a place to drink and visit. Small lamps hung on the walls provide smoky but ample lighting, and the tavern is swept and free of dirt. The odors of stale ale and pipe smoke linger in the air. You also see a prominent sign and the bartender Cindek.

Details

>look at Cindek
You see Cindek, the owner and manager of the tavern.

>look at sign
The sign is posted neatly behind the bar. The sign has a menu of items Cindek has available painted on to it.

>look at bar
The wooden bar is long, low, and very clean. It is constructed from varnished walnut in contrast to the other furnishing made from soft woods.

>look at table
The long central table has a thick fir top and sturdy legs. It is massive enough that it could not possibly have been moved in through the swinging doors but perhaps was built and moved in before the structure was completed. The table bears scars and wounds from sharp instruments, burn marks, and stains of indiscernible origin.

>look at bench
Many low benches surround the central table. Each bench has room for four or five dwarves but perhaps a lesser number of larger patrons.

Ambient Messaging

A dignified elf strides through the doors of the tavern. A dwarf in the corner yells out, "Hey! Who let you in heres?" The other dwarves at the table chortle drunkenly at the scene.

A patron sitting alone nearby spills his drink across the wooden table. Cindek rushes over and helps the man clean himself and the table and asks if he'd like another drink.

Cindek gracefully mixes a drink and slides the glass down the bar. The glass comes to rest in front of a young elven woman. As she glances up at him, he gives her a sly wink.

Cindek idly rubs a glass with a clean rag as he watches people wander in and out of the bar.

Cindek says, "Hmm, I'll need to head into town to pick up some more elven wines soon."

Cindek turns around and straightens the bottles on the bar behind him.

Glasses clang audibly as Cindek returns several clean glasses to their place above the bar.

Loud, drunken laughter erupts from a table in the corner.

The bartender Cindek walks over to a table in the corner inhabited by a group of rowdy dwarves and tells them to keep down their noise. The annoyed dwarves make faces at him as he walks back to the bar and continue with their loud conversation.

The wooden structure of the tavern creaks and moans slightly as a powerful gust of wind rushes across the plateau outside.
