You see Dilbi the High Priest of Tonis.
He appears to be Aelotoi.
He is average height and appears to be very young. He has watery blue eyes, choppy brown hair, pale skin, and a slightly ovoid face.
He is in good shape.
A pair of glistening, gold-veined periwinkle wings juts from the folds of his pale cornflower robes emblazoned with a brilliant gold pegasus.

Ceremony

Dilbi strides forward at a brisk pace, dismissing two robed attendants holding a golden dais.  Speaking to the attendants, he snaps, "There's no time for that."  Raising his hands for silence, Dilbi rapidly speaks, "Friends, family, assembled guests, we have come together today to join GROOM and BRIDE in the bonds of matrimony."

"Often such occasions are flush with flowery words of love, praise, and adoration.  Lord Tonis has no time for such embellishments," Dilbi continues.  "I will assume such things exist or you would not be here today.  Let us begin," he states.

Turning to face you, Dilbi asks, "Do you, GROOM, take BRIDE, to be your lawfully wedded companion in the eyes of Tonis?"

Turning to face BRIDE, Dilbi asks, "Do you, BRIDE, take GROOM, to be your lawfully wedded companion in the eyes of Tonis?"

Success

"Wonderful.  Let us pray," Dilbi says.  "Tonis, Messenger of the Arkati and Fleet of Foot, we humbly beseech you to grant your blessing upon this union, that GROOM and BRIDE may go forth into the world united as one," Dilbi prays.

The unmistakable *THUMP* of heavy wings flapping precedes the wispy image of a golden pegasus that hovers briefly over you and BRIDE before vanishing with a soft neigh.

"It appears today's event was important enough for our Lord to answer.  What a blessing for us all.  I now pronounce you married under the law and in the eyes of Tonis!" Dilbi happily exclaims.  Without a glance back, he strides out at a brisk pace, leaving the two robed attendants to scurry after him.

Rejection

Dilbi nods.  "Best not to waste our Lord's time then.  As there is some disagreement between the parties involved, there will be no wedding today.
