The Nathala Dai is a clan of the erithi.
The Nathala Dai are geographically concentrated on the coastlines of Atan Irith. As a result, they are forced to defend against pirates and other threats and, in the process, have become the most skilled of the erithi fighters. Incidentally, for the same reason, they have come to abhor violence and love peace. The Nathala tend to be darker in appearance than other erithi. Their symbol is a bronze or golden nautilus shell.
They were named for their founder, Nathala, and their major city is Nathal-Ra.
