Percy is the steward of the restaurant on the top floor of the Stone Eye in the town of River's Rest.
As well as seeing to the service of food and drink, Percy also arranges passage from River's Rest via the smuggler's cutter Live Bait.
Description
Percy is a distinguished human gentleman of indeterminate years. Small streaks of gray may be seen in his once jet black hair, lending him an air of distinction. His open smile and crystal blue eyes seem to welcome you warmly to his establishment.

- Percy quickly but efficiently gazes about the restaurant, swiftly sending minions to see to the needs of his patrons.
- To obtain a Live Bait ticket, have some coins on you and ASK him about TICKET. Tickets are 500 silvers for River's Rest citizens and 1,000 silvers for non-citizens.
