A moonflower is a rare type of flower most commonly used as a component for the Animate Dead spell.
- Must be foraged
- Only found in certain areas within the Icemule Trace region, Pinefar, Gossamer Valley, and a few other areas around Ta'Illistim
- Only found at night
- May be bundled
Many characters do not possess enough Survival, Perception, or patience to forage them. Consider employing a Ranger to acquire these if this is the case for you. There are a couple of areas within the Icemule Trace area where moonflowers can be foraged, but the largest area is past the snowbank by the South Gate. Follow the snowbank to the arch, through which lies the Abandoned Farm. A few of the rooms are safe, but the entirety of the garden, the orchard, and the field contain tree spirits as well as moonflowers. Each room will yield up to 5 moonflowers before they must be allowed to grow back.
A blizzard in 2010 spread the moonflower pollen to other areas. Prior to that, moonflowers were only found near Icemule.
