Aelotoi clerk

An Aelotoi clerk, also known as Gaerina, is an NPC found in Cysaegir who runs the town clerk's office in Rhyaesdid Hall. She is where one goes to retrieve equipment taken when arrested. She seems to be somewhat messy and irresponsible, as her desk has forgotten meals on it that have actually gotten moldy, and she seems quite bored with her job. However, she is meticulous about her stocks model set, which is a wooden miniature of a man in stocks, surrounded by rotten fruit. This seems to be her hobby, and she plays with it regularly. Her name, Gaerina, is markedly similar to that of the town's herbalist, Gaertira, hinting at a possibility of a relationship between the two.

Appearance

Stormy green eyes peer out from behind strands of shaggy, golden blonde hair with a red streak running through it.  Wearing a haughty expression on her face, she is garbed in a dark brown tunic and beige trousers with a white stripe down the leg.  Slits in the back of the tunic allow free movement for her pale golden wings.

• Leaning over the model stocks, Gaerina removes the male figurine and begins playing with it. Every so often, her voice deepens as she pretends at being a ventriloquist.
• Bending over the model stocks, Gaerina diligently removes every speck of dust from the surface of the miniature.
• With a distant look in her eyes, Gaerina absently tosses a glass sphere from hand to hand.
• While thumbing through one of the ledgers on her desk, Gaerina hums an upbeat ditty.
• Standing in front of the window, Gaerina's wings flutter to the steady rhythm of her tapping foot.
• Tapping a finger against her chin, Gaerina mutters darkly.
• Speaking in a hushed tone, a messenger apologizes to Gaerina as he drops off an armful of parchments.
