DESCRIBE is a system verb that works within the ORDER system, giving the customer further information about an item before purchase. In the context of roleplay, while it does no have direct actions that can be seen by others, it can be used to ascertain the full appearance of animal companions to ascertain their appearance, and town NPCs.
