The Newly Unliving Registry is the introduction quest for the new Ebon Gate festival grounds, Evermore Hollow. This quest began in 2022.
Guidebook
The quest begins by going to the Evermore Hollow town hall and collecting a shadowy leather guidebook that the skeletal town hall clerk has placed on the counter.
