Appearance
You see Lord Tartingworth Jampot the Third. He appears to be a Halfling. He is short and appears to be in his declining years. He has deep-set chestnut eyes and perfectly smooth fair skin. He has long, glossy fiery red hair worn in a single braid and tied with silvery leather strips. He has a round face, a small nose and a pair of pudgy cheeks to match his pot belly. He is in good shape. He is holding a cloth-bound small leather tome embossed with small geometric patterns in his right hand. He is wearing a tall silver-banded hat with a golden eagle plume, a pair of gold and pearl cufflinks, a golvern-rimmed monocle on a thick silver chain, a dark blue velvet smoking jacket over a pressed white shirt with embroidered gold tracery along the collar, a pair of dark blue pleated cotton trousers, and a pair of highly polished black leather boots.
