DIP is a special case verb. It is used during the creation of a runestone and with knitting needles.

Usage

Runestone

Brush into ink
You dip your brush in a carved round malachite inkpot, covering its tip in viridian ink.
Brush into water cup
You dip your brush in a white birch cup inset with malachite sephwir needles, rinsing it in water. 

Knitting Needles

You <begin/continue to> work on your pouch, the needles moving along with a magical determination that requires your complete attention.
