The Hall of the Arkati is the temple of Ta'Vaalor.
While elves do not typically worship the Arkati as gods, they do acknowledge that they hold power that could help the elf. The Hall of the Arkati is dedicated to Koar above all other Arkati, though statues of Phoen, Kai and Eonak appear in the Hall as well.
The Hall of the Arkati houses the NPC clerics of Ta'Vaalor, one for the tolerated races, and one for the undesirable races.
