Groovy Hair items, also known as Groovy Hairjewels or Groovy Hair Ribbons, were first introduced in 2005 on the Wavedancer. There are five different types of Groovy Hair items, which all have special wear/remove messaging and can provide a temporary hairstyle change. Each type comes with four stock hairstyles and can be customized to have three additional ones. There are no known merchants capable of adding custom sides however. Types and Styles
In 2020, the Ribbonator 2000 was upgraded to create a single ribbon or plural ribbons with this script on them. RibbonsA plural item, it may also be scarves.
You analyze your pink hair ribbons and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: This is a hair accessory. It can be altered with a show, but should not be given a long description. The item must remain plural ribbons, scarves, etc, something able to secure two braids or ponytails. You can PUSH, PULL, TURN, and NUDGE to choose different styles. You get no sense of whether or not the ribbons may be further lightened.
BarretteMay also be hairclip, haircomb, or hair comb.
You analyze your red lacquered barrette and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: This is a hair accessory. It can be altered with a show, but should not be given a long description. The item must remain a hair comb, clip, barrette, or something singular of that type. You can PUSH, PULL, TURN, and NUDGE to choose different styles. You get no sense of whether or not the barrette may be further lightened.
Hair-tieA singular item, may also be a ribbon.
You analyze your leather hair-tie and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: This is a hair accessory. It can be altered with a show, but should not be given a long description. The item must remain a hair tie, ribbon, or something singular of that type. You can PUSH, PULL, TURN, and NUDGE to choose different styles. You get no sense of whether or not the hair-tie may be further lightened.
HairjewelsCan also be hair beads or beads.
You analyze your ruby hairjewels and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: This is a hair accessory. It can be altered with a show, but should not be given a long description. The item should remain hairjewels, beads, hairbeads, or something else plural of this nature. You can PUSH, PULL, TURN, and NUDGE to choose different styles. You get no sense of whether or not the hairjewels may be further lightened.
HairpinsMay also be hairsticks.
You analyze your golden gopher hairpins and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: This is a hair accessory. It can be altered with a show, but should not be given a long description. The item must remain hairsticks, hairpins, or something of that type. You can PUSH, PULL, TURN, and NUDGE to choose different styles. You get no sense of whether or not the hairpins may be further lightened.
