Description
Make a flashy, spinning attack against your target.Mechanics
Grants a bonus of (Rank * 3) to Attack Strength (AS) for the duration of one attack. Applies Enhance Dodge with a power of (3 * Rank) for 10 seconds.Additional Information
This maneuver is also available through the Warrior Guild as a warrior trick.
