Stumbling Pebble Bar II is an eatery in the Western Harbor, around Mist Harbor, that sells food. It is located in a ramshackle brown-shingled store in a cluster of shops on Seathrak Way. Its proprietor is Greth Rottgut.
The proprietor is Brank. Brank took over running the bar after Greth disappeared
