He has short, wavy dark ginger hair gathered back into a tight ponytail. He has a laugh-lined face, a patrician nose and a faint scar forming a crescent around his left eye. He is in good shape. He is wearing a wide-brimmed green hat with a white swan feather tucked into the brim, a combed wool dustcloak clasped by a feather of age-darkened ivory, an ivory-buttoned white silk shirt, a pair of dark green wool trousers, and a pair of black leather boots with stylized buckles.
Background
In his capacity as Provost, Paidreg was expected to more closely align the town with imperial values, as Baron Dunrith Malwind felt that the district had become an embarrassment to the rest of Vornavis. A young son of the noble Venquinor family, Paidreg showed himself to be a naive optimist, but this and his pro-imperial stance were significantly tempered during his handling of the Solhaven Cataclysm.
At the conclusion of the Cataclysm, it was revealed that Paidreg was being puppeted by the Luukos parasite Nershuul. He was assassinated by his supporter, the criminal Mirke in an act of mercy. After the town of Solhaven was reconstructed, a duplicate of Paidreg was created. Despite having a different soul than his predecessor, the second incarnation is physically identical to the first. Seeking to distance himself from the Paidreg of old, the doppelganger resigned as provost and has since taken up a permanent berth on The Firebird.
