SCOWL is a roleplaying verb.

Usage

Usage:
    SCOWL                            - Scowls at nothing in particular
    SCOWL {self}                     - Scowl to yourself, muttering obscenities
    SCOWL {target}                   - Scowls at a target
    SCOWL SET [option]               - Shows or sets the SCOWL verb options available.

People targets:
CATHEDRAL WEDDING  - You scowl at (target) and turn away from him/her.
WAVEDANCER WEDDING - As you scowl at (target), you take the opportunity
                     to grumble a quick list of similar poor choices he/she
                     has made in the past.
STANDARD           - You scowl at (target).

Self target:
  You scowl to yourself, muttering a few obscenities under your breath.

Object targets:
  You scowl at (object).

Creature targets:
  You scowl at (creature).

No target:
  You scowl.
