Elemental Disjunction is a mass dispelling attack spell. The spell will target spells in the elemental spheres (including wizard and sorcerer base spells) before trying to dispell out-of-sphere spells.
Training in the Major Elemental Spell Base will help increase the minimum number of spells dispelled. The levels of the caster and target also factor in when determining the number of spells dispelled. A minimum of one spell will always be dispelled.
The mana cost is a static 30 mana.
