Health-well potion

A health-well potion will increase the total hit points the user has. These potions can be created by an empath training in the Alchemic Potions subskill of Alchemy.

The hit points gained by use of this item will not be used in determining the Attack and Defense Strength formula when accounting for missing hit points.
