Special abilities are commands that may be inherent to their respective profession(s) or unlocked via training, and can be just as important as learning a spell or combat maneuver.

Even abilities that are inherent to their profession can be boosted through training in skills such as Lores or Mana Controls. Training these skills may add additional abilities or improve the success factor.
