Appearance

Flames dance around Rovvigen wreathing him in a torrent of violent energy.
You see House Seer Rovvigen Aniket the Officer of Silvergate Inn.
He appears to be a Paradis Halfling.
He is average height. He appears to be young and sprightly. He has silver-flecked blue-green eyes and mocha-freckled, lightly tanned skin. He has short, tousled silvery white hair highlighted in shades of red. He has a perfectly symmetrical, delicately featured face, a small, button nose and thin, lithely muscled arms and wrists. A scythe-shaped birthmark is centered on his right brow bone. He has a shimmering pearly white gloss brushed onto his nicely manicured fingernails.
He has an enruned silver hoop in his lip, a fire elemental tattoo on his neck, a lustrous ivory sliver in his right eyebrow, a silver-traced red flame tattoo on his arm, and a twisting silver-traced red flame tattoo on his wrist.
He is in good shape.
He is holding a helical lor crosier capped with a silver scythe encased in a crystal sphere in his right hand.
He is wearing a flame-etched silver-linked bracelet, a carved fireleaf totem, a silver-stitched flame red spidersilk bag, a translucent silver-hearted crystal, a tailored red silk overcoat, a sphere encased silver scythe, a crystal and agate-inlaid case, an embroidered white leather rucksack, some fiery red flowing robes embroidered with wisps of silver flames, a silver sphere-incised signet, a thick matte eonake ring etched with whorls of silver-inlaid flames, a twisted golvern wedding band swirled with dragon's-tear rubies, a kelyn-clasped keyring, and a silvery white silk sack.

Rovvigen's Most Prized Divination Tools

a translucent silver-hearted crystal
Finvale's Crystals
Ovoid in shape, the crystal is translucent with tiny bubbles trapped just beneath its surface, while at its heart a crystalline structure of silver spreads its branching arms outward in all directions. Rolling and flitting in sinuous patterns that at times ascends the metallic enigma, and at other times descends it, is a miasmic mist that undulates in and out of barely recognizable patterns. A simple chain has been attached to the device, its metal seemingly dull in comparison to the rest.

an ora-framed leather wolf mask
Scrying mask
Images of stars and willow leaves have been incised along the strips of pale grey ora that cover and shape the exterior of the wolf mask. The leather beneath is tanned to a fine, supple softness and dyed chocolate brown. Two disks, each half mistwood and half ebony, hang on a leather thong to rest just above the right eye. A black and silver sigil has been painted on the brow. A few bloodstains mar the bottom edge of the mask.
