REFERRAL is a mechanical verb. It is part of the ASSIST system, and used to check the status a referral.
Usage
Referral:
To check your position in the referral queue type REFERRAL POSITION. To cancel your referral type REFERRAL CANCEL.
Referral position:
You do not have a REFERRAL pending. Please type ASSIST if you wish to speak with a HOST.
Your referral to speak with a GM is still pending. You are number 10 in the Premium User queue.
