This wandering NPC is present in every major town. You can ask him about the Guardians of Sunfist, about JOINING, or about TECHNIQUES.
Description
You see a middle-aged dwarf dressed mainly in light leathers and an ochre travelling cloak. The cloak is proudly emblazoned with the emblem of the Guardians of Sunfist. He is holding a small clipboard and quill, which he constantly references before and after approaching each nearby person.
