Lady Naevys Eilstina is the Representative of the Rose Throne of Ta'Nalfein, serving the role of emissary and representing Nalfein interests abroad. She is the daughter of the portmaster of Ta'Nalfein and is involved in those affairs. She has often enjoyed the company of Eruien Lithavir of Ta'Loenthra, in particular while the two were among those emissaries confined to Ta'Illistim as part of the Inquistion into Lady Kasendra Malwind's death. Mistress Leisette serves Naevys as the Right Hand of House Eilstina.

Naevys arrived in Ta'Illistim in early Lormesta 5123 alongside emissaries from the other elven City-States. Her arrival followed a statement from Argent Mirror Myasara that she intended to help the Imperial settlers suffering the effects of an extreme winter as they sought to establish the new Barony of Darkstone. Naevys was among the emissaries sent to meet Lady Kasendra Malwind, using her as a litmus test to determine if the other City-States would also lend their support or if they would instead break from supporting Ta'Illistim's efforts, either directly or indirectly. Ultimately she and the other emissaries stated that they would remain in Ta'Illistim for about a month to better get to know Kasendra and to better understand why Ta'Illistim felt it was important to aid the new Imperial Barony.

Naevys took part in at least one outing during the next month. She and several other dignitaries toured the Ilyan Syndicate's Illithien Aerie, including Eruien, Fennelis Asja of Ta'Ardenai, Mistress Leisette, Lord Legionnaire Commander Jaranzair Nashal Vaalor of Ta'Vaalor, Aertinus Avelleur of the Ta'Illistim Sapphire Guard, and Argent Mirror Myasara.

A farewell ball was organized for all of the emissaries in early Fashanos 5123, which Naevys attended. Kasendra was found dead toward the end of the ball. All of the delegates, including Naevys, were effectively placed on house arrest within the Ta'Illistim Keep as an Inquisition into Kasendra's death began. During that time, she corresponded with several individuals, including Queen Rhosyn Nalfein. Naevys was among those who were interviewed as part of the Inquisition in Charlatos 5123.

Description

You see Lady Naevys Eilstina the Representative of the Rose Throne.
She appears to be a Nalfein Elf.
She is taller than average and has a balletic body. She appears to be of full age. She has kohl-outlined pale celadon green eyes and unblemished ivory skin. She has hip-length, lustrous pearlescent white hair brushed back into a sleek chignon pierced by a fall of jade-tinted arathiel roses, leaving curled petals to frame her temples as they drape from thin chains. She has an angular face and a slender torso. Vinework of ebon-inked filigree traces the high points of her cheekbones.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a chain-caught fan of latticed milky jade vines woven between onyx roses in her right hand.
She is wearing a vine-framed necklet entwined in silken ribbons, a floor-length wrap of marbled black mink weighted by a diminutive gold fan, a shoulder-sliced merlot velvet gown dripping detached sleeves of ebony lace appliques, and some ankle-bowed ebon tulle lace pompes.
