Kilthal Dradious was an elf, Gleeman, a citizen of Solhaven, and a Captain of H.E.R.T., the Haven Emergency Response Team.

Kilthal, a long time resident of Solhaven, fought on the side of The Resistance during the Griffin Sword Wars. His appearance was often marked by a long braid of hair.
