This spell nullifies the effect of [[Curse (715)]] for a brief period of time, allowing the target to remove and/or drop the cursed item. Unlike [[Remove Curse (315)]] there is no [[level]] comparison between the [[Sorcerer]] casting the curse and the [[Cleric]] removing it.

While the target is under the effects of a curse, the curse ''cannot'' be removed via [[Remove Curse (315)]]. However, objects that have had curses neutralized can be interacted with as if not cursed; this permits a non-Sorceror to place cursed gems in containers as bait, among other less nefarious uses.
