Step 22

The Symbol of Turning is obtained at the twenty second step of the Order of Voln. This symbol can be used as either a single target or mass attack against undead creatures. Favor Cost

Symbol of Turning has a cost of 72 units of favor when either targeted or untargeted (mass attack) with one undead creature in the room. The mass attack version has an escalating cost that increases for any additional undead present. The first two undead cost 72 units of favor each. Additional undead cost 36 units of favor each. There is no favor cost for any living creatures present.

Cumulative cost example:

  • One undead = 72 units of favor
  • Two undead = 144 units of favor
  • Three undead = 180 units of favor
  • Four undead = 216 units of favor
72 + 72 + 36 + 36 = 216

Note: Characters under level 40 have a reduced favor cost which scales with level.
