Weathered blue oak cart

The weathered blue oak cart is a wandering cart in the Western Harbor, around Mist Harbor, that specializes in weaving tools. It is available during the spring and is run by an aging and stooped fishwife.

Cobblestones laid in concentric bands spread across the plaza from the four avenues that meet here and wrap around an enormous sandstone fountain. Glass-sided lanterns burn brightly from their position on wrought iron posts set at each intersection, their pleasant glow cheerily illuminating the area.
