Tuwer is an Aelotoi of the Mrae'ni clan, who arrived with her clansmen through the portal from Bre'naere in 5103.

Tuwer originally thought she was hearing Andelas speaking to her, when she first arrived on Elanith. However, years later, when L'Naera, her panther companion found her, she realized it had been the panther whispering to her on the winds all along. She converted to Imaera later, as she felt Imaera's presence wherever she went in nature.
