The mule-drawn blue thanot dray is a wandering cart in Cysaegir that sells weapons and specializes in mundane wood runestaffs and Cysaegir gems. The official name of the cart is Sticks and Stones.

The proprietor is a sun-bronzed half-elven trader.
[Cysaegir, Vista Knoll] Room: 14050006
Cresting the top of the hill provides an ideal vantage point of the snow-capped mountains that tower in the distance and the town common spreading out below. Illuminated by the faint moonlight is a small clearing surrounded on three sides by thick ancient forest growth and a steep mountain slope in the remaining direction. A spiral staircase winds around one of the large trees growing along the edge of the woodland. You also see a meandering trail.
Obvious exits: southeast, west, northwest
