Eloth-Ra was the first permanent settlement of the Erithians on the continent of Atan Irith.
Eloth-Ra was selected as the first permanent settlement due to its location in a deep valley, which shielded the Erithians from the worst of the artic storms. As well, it offered green fields suitable for the growing and harvesting of food crops in the summer.
