Stamina regeneration crystal

Stamina regeneration crystals can be made by empaths through the Alchemic Trinkets subskill of Alchemy. These disks will aid in the user's stamina recovery.

The crystals have a level requirement and have a recovery period before one can be used again.

Each completed formula will yield three uses.

Lesser stamina regeneration crystal

A lesser stamina regeneration crystal can be made with an empath with at least 26 ranks in Alchemic Trinkets. (The exact rank is uncertain as the recipe was learned through the library system).

It provides a bonus of 20 to stamina recovery. This item may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 40 times. There are three charges, and the bonuses provided by this item should last quite a long time.

Greater stamina regeneration crystal

A greater stamina regeneration crystal provides a bonus of 30 to stamina recovery. This item may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 60 times. There are three charges, and the bonuses provided by this item should last quite a long time.
