TD bonus takes up the same item property slot as [[flares]] on shields, and flares and [[padding]] on armor. Items having flares or padding cannot have a TD bonus.

A bard [[loresinging]] to an item with a TD bonus will have the following message:
Only 1-2 TD boosters will be given out during each run of this event. This service is considered a major one. Only one major service can be won by each individual during each event run.

This will add a +10 TD to armor or shield. No non-fluff scripted items. Armor or shields with existing TD bonuses will either have their bonus increased by +5 OR have their bonus increased to 10, whichever is greater.


To give an example of the rarity and cost of this service, back at [[Return to Coraesine Field]] an 8x medium shield and a 7x fusion shield were estimated at 5 million [[silver]]s (after a $199.99 event ticket fee). In the [[Duskruin Arena/August 2016 prize list|August 2016 Scrip Shop]], adding +10 TD to an appropriate item started at 250,000 [[bloodscrip]], and ended at 312,500 bloodscrip (prices increased per sale).
Keep in mind that TD takes up the same slot as flares and padding. If your armor or shield has either flares or padding, then it cannot have a TD bonus added to it. Spikes and resistance do not prevent TD bonuses from being added.
