Twiddley

Twiddley is a tattoo artist who occasionally does work at festivals.

Appearance

You see Ink Master Twiddley Harfoot the Smuggler.
He appears to be a Halfling.
He is short.  He appears to be bent with age.  He has ale-brown eyes and ruddy skin.  He has balding, amber hair.  He has a weathered face, a broken nose and a portly belly.  He is overweight and has hairy feet.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a shadowy black woven bag, a hooded black cloak, a midnight blue traveler's pack, a flashy crimson silk shirt, a black studded leather cuff, some dark silver-buttoned breeches, and some supple black boots.
