The CURSE verb is both a mechanical and roleplaying verb.

You curse the day you were born.

Person lets loose with an involved and improbable curse against the day she was born.

Curse target:

You let loose with an involved curse detailing the improbable ancestry of {target}.

Person lets loose with an involved curse detailing the improbable ancestry of a (target).
