FIRE is the command used to launch a projectile from a bow or crossbow using the Ranged Weapons skill.

In order to fire a bow or crossbow, an ammunition bundle (arrows or bolts respectively) must be present in your inventory. Use READY LIST to choose the ammunition. This only needs to be done once. After the ammo has been chosen, hold the bow or crossbow in your left hand, then FIRE. By default this will use your preset TARGET, but you can also FIRE {target} to fire at a specific target.

The roundtime depends on the type of ranged weapon. For more details, see: Art of the Bow (guide): Firing Times.
