Voln armor is a type of armor script that provides mechanical benefits for members of the Order of Voln. Non-members will only benefit from the fluff verb traps and players converted to Luukos cannot wear the armor at all. The armor cannot be ensorcelled but can be enchanted, padded, or flared. There are four tiers to the armor:
- Tier 1 (Off-the-shelf)
- DS flare (equal to the enchant) chance of 15 percent (plus five percent for Masters and five percent for those converted to Voln)
- Fluff verbs
- Tier 2
- Automatic Symbol of Need upon death
- Passive +10 sheer fear resist against undead (about the strength of Dauntless (1606))
- More fluff verbs
- Tier 3
- Phantom critical padding
- Ability to locate nearby undead
- More fluff verbs
- Tier 4 (Auction quality)
- Additional passive +10 shear fear resist against undead
- Twice a day Symbol of Return that can be used while stunned/immobilized/webbed

Verbs
Off-the-shelf
- You forcefully cross one arm over your rolaren full plate, and offer a formal bow.

- You lift your chin slightly and, in a display of solidarity, tap your fist against your rolaren full plate twice in quick succession.

- You bow your head and stare grimly at your rolaren full plate, lost deep within your own thoughts.
- You stare outward, your expression black and tinged with melancholy, as you clutch the rolaren full plate at your breast.
Premium Point Surcharges
- 600 points surcharge for the flare portion
- 1000 for the resistance to shear fear.
- 100 per point of padding added during flare, which is 1/2 the enchant of armor
- 600 points for the non-fluff script (the other functional aspects that do not incur their own surcharge).
- Surcharge for T4 Voln armor would be 3700 points.
