Framed and hung from the dirt-packed walls are several elaborately drawn illustrations of various contraptions, their faded and smudged water-damaged lines reinforced with newer blue ink. The wooden floor creaks with the slightest movement, tainting the hypnotic sound of the gears moving in perfect cadence within the large haon clock against the back wall. Directly across from an elaborate system of roots stands a neatly stocked spacious cabinet. You also see a gear-etched oak table.

The Gnome Depot, Cognition

The large, gear-shaped chandelier bounces light off of the bronze door, bathing the room in a dark golden hue. A dark-stained rowan armoire looms in the far end of the room, casting a shadow in the corner. Covering the eastern wall is a tapestry depicting a Burghal gnome holding a small trinket.

Hanging from the walls and strewn across the floor are various sketches of elaborately drawn widgets and simple machines. A small lamp casts light that dances off the metal gears and sprockets piled on the large work table in the center of the room. Some mismatched couches and cushions are squeezed into the small space. You also see a bar.
