Vision allows the caster to remotely watch a target for a short time.

The caster can only make this mental link with live targets, or those who have died within the last 30 seconds, and who are within the same realm as the caster.

Training in Mental Lore, Divination expands the distance that a caster can observe others. Distant observation is divided into three tiers: adjacent, near-adjacent and far. An example of adjacent realms is Wehnimer's Landing to Shadow Valley; near-adjacent is Wehnimer's Landing to Icemule Trace; and far is Wehnimer's Landing to Ta'Illistim.
