Rythwier Sukari Faendryl was the thirty-seventh Faendryl Patriarch. During his reign he attempted to make peace with the other Elven Houses, by virtue of a wedding alliance between his daughter Chesylcha Sukari Faendryl and an Ashrim prince. When Chesylcha disappeared before reaching Ashrim, the Faendryl were in an uproar. In vengeance for her death, Rythwier sent a naval assault to attack Ta'Ashrim. While most of the fleet was destroyed, three ships made it through and the sorcerers onboard unleashed their magic on Ta'Ashrim, utterly destroying it. While this achieved the revenge Rythwier and his people were looking for, it cemented the Faendryl's status as dark elves in the eyes of the other houses. Under Rythwier's leadership, the Faendryl people left Rhoska-tor and created New Ta'Faendryl, their modern capital.
