If Fire Spirit is targeted at a player or creature then it becomes a bolt spell similar to Major Fire. If the target is hit successfully then the ball will explode doing initial damage and added fire critical damage due to the fiery explosion. The explosion can cause bits of flaming debris to fall on up to 8 other targets in the room.
